We have brand new equipment, an amazing team of trainers, heaps of classes such as HIIT, Boxfit, Pilates, Yoga, Abs and more.  We have the friendliest staff who are there to help you with any issues.

We also provide the finer things that make your day a little better
when coming to the gym. We have two Massage Therapy Chairs in our relaxing Members Lounge, Sauna's, a KidZone for the littles one while you attend your class or train and also the very delicious 365Glow serving you Protein Smoothies and Hydration teas with loads of flavors.
